We will keep data for as long as your account is active on our system. Please contact us if you would like your account to be archived and deleted from our system. This will mean that a new account will have to be created for any future bookings.

Personal information which you supply to us will be used to provide you with the service that you have requested at the time of booking, and also, to inform you in the future about future projects and events. We have to request personal information in accordance with Ofsted Regulations and to enable us to provide adequate care.
We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to anyone unless we are required to do so by law or for safeguarding reasons.
You will of course continue to receive emails confirming bookings and transactions.
Marketing
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or post unless you have given your prior consent by opting in at the point of booking.
You can change/view your preferences at any time by accessing your account and looking at “stay up to date with offers and future events”. If you have ticked this box and opted in, you have agreed to receive information from us regarding future events and projects.
How do we keep your information secure?
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. The provider of our booking system Checkfront list the following safety practices;

Any information which may be stored on paper will be stored in a secure place, where unauthorised people cannot see it. Papers will be shredded and disposed of securely when no longer required.
We may send communications to you by email. Email is not a fully secure means of communication and whilst we do our upmost to keep our systems and communications protected we cannot guarantee this.
How can you access and update your information?
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If you change email address, or any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please log on to your account and make any necessary amendments on your profile.
